Microsoft SharedView 8.0

Microsoft SharedView program offers tools for immediate communication and express opinions concerning the appropriate documents. Using this program you can settle disagreements and make right decision easily and quickly. It’s allowed to engage up to 15 people to the session.
Shared View provides collaborative access to the desktop and some applications, but the main mode is the second one – the program is embedded in the popular Microsoft office applications. Moreover, for some of them Shared View has its own settings. There is no integrated communication tools and it’s offered to use e-mail or even phone.
This new program has some difference from classic Remote-desktop. The initiator can pass control by turn. At the same time other participants will have specific cursors in different colours. Using it it’s very handy to point different fragments of the text and other details out. The most successful feature is Microsoft word interaction. In this application there is automatic fixation mode of corrections. All participants correcting will be in the appropriate colour and name. Unfortunately, there is no such mode for Excel.
